RICS HomeBuyer Report

RICS Homebuyer (Survey) Service

The homebuyer report will show the condition of the property from an impartial perspective and advise of any major defects. The report provides advice of any maintenance and any defects that may affect the value of the property.

RICS Homebuyer (Survey & Valuation) Service

The report includes as above with the addition of a market valuation and an insurance rebuild cost.

RICS Building Survey

Formerly known as a Structural Survey but not to be confused with a Structural Engineers Report.

The RICS Building Survey gives in depth professional comment on the property’s construction and the condition of each building element. The report will include any major and minor defects and repairs with recommendations and any future maintenance.
